A research and product design exploration into how students use ChatGPT in real learning workflows: where it helps, where it creates friction, and how interface choices could support deeper thinking.
What I did
- Interviewed 100+ K-12 and college students about ChatGPT workflows and friction.
- Hosted a ChatGPT Lab event at UC Berkeley in partnership with the Codex Lab.
- Turned qualitative research into UI/UX design recommendations.
